Nesting/re-nesting machines allow for quick and precise loading of syringes into nests, for further processing or storage. The syringes are fed automatically from an upstream machine using a slide, while the tubs are fed manually or automatically on a conveyor belt.
Using vacuum technology, a cleanroom robot picks up one row of syringes and places them into the nest. Once the nest is full, it is picked up by the robot and placed into the tub. The tub is then automatically transferred to the end of the machine.

De-Nesting machines are quick and safe solution for unloading nested syringes. The syringe tubs can be fed manually or automatically from an upstream machine. A cleanroom robot separates the syringes from the trays and places them onto a discharge slide.
Empty tubs are automatically transferred and stacked at the end of the main transport system, while nests are stacked by the robot, using vacuum technology
