1 - Structure

  • Built with anti-corrosion materials
  • Smooth surfaces, without gaps
  • Easy-cleanable areas
  • Wet sections built with anti-corrosion materials
  • Unit bottom corrosion-resistant painted with epoxy RAL 9006 or stainless steel
  • Filter with visualization window and light on the above structures, higher than 1,3m

 

2 - Ventilators

  • Hygienic version accordingly to DIN 1946-4

 

3 - Filters

  • Single-stage filtering: F7
  • Two-stage filtering: F5+F7
  • Microbiologically inert (biostatic) filtering materials
  • Exclusively non-porous sealing profiles
  • Access system for filter maintenance for fast and easy cleaning
  • Easy to install air filter with low mechanical stress
  • Bag filters installed vertically to prevent dust accumulation
  • Optional drainage tray on filtering sections

 

4 - Energy Recovery System

  • Minimum fit space of 2,0mm
  • Optional coil core cleansing
  • Easy-access sections
  • Anti-corrosion frame, built on aluminum or stainless steel
  • Continuous condensation drainage inclined tray
  • Removable droplet separator located after cooling coil
