plastic stoppers, droppers, pistons, aluminium caps, syringe plungers, needle shields, and cartridge seals
– SteelcoBelimed closure processing equipment is engineered for containers used in pharmaceutical
manufacturing where continuous sterility must be maintained between processing phases.
The systems combine washing, siliconization, sterilization, and drying of container closures such as
stoppers and caps, syringe plungers, needle shields, and cartridge seals. Moist heat sterilizers are
available for Ready-to-Sterilize (RTS) closures. It is compatible with different loading and unloading
systems and can interface with a vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) isolator for enhanced aseptic
processing.
