Service Support

We have been providing quality instruments for last 30+ years with emphasis on after sales service support. We offer a variety of support plans to best suit the individual needs of your laboratory. We deliver convenient and dependable service so that you can free up your time, energy and resources to focus on your priorities.

Since inception, we have been working very closely with our customers to understand your needs and requirements to suggest appropriate solution for respective applications. Our reputation for problem solving has been earned through timely support on service and application engineering, with in house capabilities for critical jobs. Statistical usage analysis helps us predict spare parts life, permitting us to manage logistics and stage proper inventories to support our customers. The combination of predictive maintenance and historical data assures our clients that parts and labour are available whenever service is scheduled.

We provide timely support on service and application engineering, with in-house capabilities for critical jobs of refrigeration, vacuum engineering, and electronics troubleshooting. The services include validation services for all the laboratory equipment, repairs of cascade refrigeration equipment, annual maintenance contracts, and decontamination services for bio-safety cabinets. We have factory trained Service Engineers to carry out installation of the equipments. If desired you can enter into Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). We also offer the full scope of installation services including site survey, installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing and full IQ/OQ qualification for all products. As a service team, we are customer service driven, and aims to do all we can to provide the best possible service from start to finish while helping your company minimize disruption or downtime of equipment; thus improving your company productivity.
